Terms of Service
This document establishes the rules and boundaries for using Clickeno Pro's analytics platform. We designed these terms to be clear, fair, and aligned with the needs of game developers worldwide.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing our platform, or using any Clickeno Pro service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.
For corporate or studio accounts, the account administrator is responsible for ensuring all team members understand and comply with these terms. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Clickeno Pro ("we," "us," or "our") and you ("User" or "Licensee").
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 30 days prior to the effective date.
2. Service Description & Scope
Clickeno Pro provides a comprehensive analytics and insights platform for mobile game developers. This includes event tracking, user segmentation, funnel analysis, real-time dashboards, and API access for custom integrations.
Our services are provided on a "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
Service Tiers
Access levels vary by subscription plan:
- • Free Tier: Basic event tracking, up to 10K monthly active users, community support.
- • Pro Tier: Advanced segmentation, custom dashboards, API access, priority support.
- • Enterprise Tier: Dedicated infrastructure, SLAs, custom contracts, onboarding.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of Clickeno Pro, you agree to the following responsibilities:
- • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- • Accurate Data: You must ensure all game data, event definitions, and user information provided is accurate and complies with app store guidelines.
- • Legal Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with all applicable laws, including data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- • Notification of Abuse: You agree to promptly notify Clickeno Pro of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4. Prohibited Use
You agree NOT to use Clickeno Pro for:
- ✗ Any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful acts
- ✗ Tracking or collecting personal data without user consent
- ✗ Distributing malicious code or harming our infrastructure
- ✗ Automated data scraping or excessive API requests
- ✗ Sharing dashboard access with unauthorized third parties
Intellectual Property
All rights in the Clickeno Pro platform, including software, design, and documentation, remain our property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your games during your subscription period.
5. Privacy & Liability Framework
Data Privacy
Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. We act as a data processor; you are the data controller for all game user data.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clickeno Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
6. Termination & Suspension
Clickeno Pro may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in your dashboard. No refunds will be issued for partial months upon termination of Pro or Enterprise plans.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul.
